Kaizen & Junshi

In a world filled with engineers, the corporation sought to solve multiple problems by easing working methods, especially in terms of reducing the time needed for a product to be produced. My memorable moments would be when I discovered that waste was a big issue for the production department. Thus, I proposed several ideas to eliminate overproduction, improve quality, and increase efficiency all in one go. My proposal resulted in massive cost savings that would then turn the reds into greens for Toyota.

Contributed to continuous improvement initiatives by leading the Kaizen and Junshi projects, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills by conducting root-cause analyses, developing action plans, and monitoring progress to achieve project goals.
